This factory looks pretty much almost completely automated. Even the wheels are screwed in by a machine. He just had to line it up and the computer put all the required bolts onto it. Wow technology :O

If your Honda is build in the USA then prey that shit went through some heavy QC or else you bought US production junk! You want a true real reliable car and amazing build and features and more for your hard earned money? Then don't look further than a true Japanese made Mazda 6. The 2016 Mazda 6 is a true luxury sports car that looks aggressive, is fast, and it's a well complete car! oh and did I say it will give you up to 40, that's right 40 miles to the gallon! Easy to fix if you need to, parts are cheaper and but the car last a long time without any issue... Just do its oil change maintenance when its time and you're all set!

I bought a brand new Honda Civic hatchback 1.8l petrol engine in 2015 and I sold it in 2016, I kept that only a year. The reason of that decision : Deception :(. Well I will explain why : I wasn't desappointed about the engine quality and its smoothness, that was great as Honda always had good engines and nice reliability but the thing that really annoyed me is the overall built quality, it is rubbish because Honda has started as many other asian brands to use very lightweight materials in the whole structure of the car that makes the car not durable at all as the road imperfections really tire the chassis so after few weeks you start hearing parasytal noises from the suspension, the doors, the chassis etc and you get rattles from the Dashboard, the windshield, the glove box, the onboard car information screen and from the different plastics used Inside the car. Everyday a new noise came out, I started to fix and tighten the different plastics together, sometimes it done the job, sometimes not. There was a very sharp plastic noise behind the glove box that bother me for 3 months, finally after many test drives with the Honda after service, they localized the noise and they fixed that within the warranty. But the rest of the plastics noises continued and 1 month later a new noise came out Under my seat as if my seat wasn't well fixed with the chassis that starts only when I'm turning the car (because my weight is pushing the seat sidewards). Basically the interior and exterior quality is just very bad. It's very sad because Honda is very reliable with their V-TECH engines but you have to cope with this bad built quality. If you listen to music or radio everytime you drive then there is no issue but if you are like me and like to drive 70% of the time without music or radio then you will get mad. Maybe this new model had the changes on the things I am talking about, I really hope so for Honda and their clients because they are selling their cars quite expensively when you see the built quality. I am never going to buy a Honda again from now unless they use normal weight and résistent materials as in the German cars and improve their assembly Inside and out. My dream is to have a German built quality car with a Honda engine, that will be awesome !

naveed1995 the reason is to cut prices down, if they used better quality stuff it'd come at a cost and hondas would cost more, they have to find a balance between quality and pricing, hondas are supposed to be cheaper and reliable.

Believe me there's plenty of humans there, in fact there are actually more at Honda Swindon than a lot of other car plants. Mercedes is actually reintroducing more people to their production lines because they are able to spot flaws better than a robot can.
