Greetings from Veenzuela, excellent explanation of how it works, but I have one detail to see if you can help me. I have a 2007 civic, it does the entire cycle, only the fans turn on at low speed, and the water reservoir begins to bubble, the cycle does so at 96 degrees Celsius and ends at 92 degrees Celsius, if I turn on the air conditioning, if they turn on at high speed.

I have an 8th gen Civic, the temp gauge stays in middle, but when I open the hood it feels very hot. Is it normal, or I am just thinking too much, i have flushed and changed my thermo and coolant already

Got 2008 civic lx. When i start car, the temperature gauge goes all the way up to hot within couple minutes. If i turn off car and restart, temperature gauge goes to the middle. Any ideas?

I refilled my reservoir with coolant but still overheating. Fans are running. Do I need to also put coolant directly via the radiator cap?

2010 honda civic running hot at idle and while driving. Fans only come on with ac switched on. Oil is new and full. Cooling system is full, topped off, and burped. At high temperature overheating without ac fans don't work. Also new temp sensors are new. Please help

The engine was so hot the plastic was burning my hand

Engine temperature can get up to 220 degrees without overheating, plastic could be hot to touch, I suggest getting a scanner that read both coolant sensors, I have links in the description

2012 civic..NO heating or cooling codes....Replaced BOTH fans,,BOTH coolant temperature sensors and the thermostat..I also replaced the hvac pressure sensor...fuses and relays working properly....Car still got hot in the drive thru with the red light on,and the fans refused to come on,,this is after everything has been replaced...Later tonight fans came on,,,,work for five seconds or so ,then shut off...Both fans would come on every 30 seconds or so then shut off..When the fans were working,,civic would not overheat...Then sometimes the fans won't come on at all while the car is overheating....It's very inconsistent....I'm at a loss...And all of the parts were brand new..The last thing I put in was the AC condenser fan today...There were times where it was working while car parked running...Fans never stay on for more than five seconds...You have anything for me? lol...I also am having issues with my ac...Car runs great,,I don't want to hurt the motor...In the civics, can a condense issue cause this problem?? I mean,,it's thE ONLY thing I haven't replaced!
