Honda CR-V Center Console & Airbag Module Replacement (16-2022)

Very nice. I would have spent hours figuring that out. One question, though. Will the car start and drive with the console and control module removed? Mine needs to be reset, and it takes several days to send it out and get it back. Thanks!

Just learned the 2016 CR-V control module is NOT under the back of the console shown in this video. It's in front of the center console, and all you have to do is remove the two front center panels to get to it. Those panels have two clips in front that need to be removed first, then just snap out and back in. T10 screws in the module are accessible without removing the console. Car runs fine with it unplugged, so it can be sent out to have the eprom cleared and still driven.

@@jeffbell3918 yes it will definitely drive without the module! You will have a bunch of light on the dashboard but it will definitely drives and run properly
