Do the front windows run off of a separate fuse from the back windows? Both of my rear windows will go down but not the front.

I’m not getting power to the blue wire . I’ve checked at the 21 pin connector, stripped wire up stream of connector in the fender well, no power No power at connector on rear of window switch. Window switch faulty?
