13/40 so speedo is off by 4 or 5 mph from what Iv heard!! Iv got it to 87 mph which is actually probably about 82

Yes same gearing for off road !! I have a 42 back sprocket on order I’m still waiting on and I’m try that for off road!!

My top is only 130kmh with stocks sprocket 14-40. Then i change to 15-40, the top is still the same...😑

I'm buying one,I went to the dealer late,but they had one.no prob about money since it's way under 10gs. Problem,I'm short 5'6" maybe a little taller with shoes.Is there a lowering link and seat for these? The salesman told me yes,but I can't find them,plus the kickstand has to be shortened.watching this only makes me want it more. Could be a deal breaker if they can't lower it,or I'm going to need crash bars ASAP

Crf only website does have lowering link and you can get a seat concept seat 1 inch shave to lower it more!!

My bike had mods! Ejk and fmf pipe and air box mod! Your weight also depends on your top speed! But yes top speed is close on both bikes ! 300 will have better lower end power were noticeable

@@whitehollywood6447 the top speed on stock 300 is 80-84 flat ground with my weight, mods wouldn't increase that like it does on the 250? I would think just a sprocket change could increase 5+ mph top speed
