Some great info regarding identifying worn parts that most other channels fail to mention! Just about due to do my 09 top end currently at 330 hours and this will be my fourth piston i'm hoping the rod is still within spec and i will check the cam chain tensioner for remaining travel using your method. Thanks for the tips.

great video thanks for doing this one I learned quite a bit. my 05 CRF450R is in pretty bad shape now that I (unknowingly) ran it without coolant and I'm pretty sure I cooked the rings. but we'll see when I tear it down .
