I wish they would bundle all this into a full kit. Blows my mind how shops don’t do bundles more often, like we all got del sols here why not a FWD, AWD, and RWD KIT? Lol

You should add some extra "L" brackets to the kit to cap the cutout where the diff is, with a extra hole, to bolt it to the rear plate.

Little Known Fact: A Real American B16 Del Sol Rear disc swap for a Ef Or DA makes your offset 1” wider in the rear.

Presumably it already got an engine swap or it is going to get one, because the stock engine is going to feel quite anemic with the extra drivetrain losses. A K-swap with a small twin-scroll turbo to make about 350-400HP would be more than enough for that car. Then the rear diff will need to get a limited slip added to it and the center diff will also need a different clutch so you can manually keep the AWD active. I strongly dislike the "racer" steering wheel and the interior, in general, needs a lot of work. The seats need to be completely reupholstered with new springs and foam because they've just collapsed over the decades. Regardless of these complaints, the Del Sol will forever be one of my favorite cars and seeing someone willing to go to the trouble of AWD converting it makes me incredibly happy. I've had FWD, RWD, and now AWD and I cannot go back now that I've experienced the ease of driving in inclement weather that AWD provides. There's no chirping tires trying to find grip when you're making a turn, no concern that it won't be able to make a turn. You just keep adding steering input and the rear wheels push it through while the front wheels pull it around the corner. It's just such an easy drivetrain to live with.

man...if my delsol wasnt tweeked id have a set of ur arms for a rwd converstion. i was going stupid with a 1uzfe and a c5 tq tube setup. ive seen someone cut down a tube from a c5 to fit a c3 with a billet flange. its had me thinkin on it 😂. now it just sits in the field next to my shop with a half finished manual swap. its a rust free chasis but man knowing ita tweeked sucks the motivation right out of me. also doesnt help i got a needy honda acty. from one basket case to another 😂
