Nice! Got noise after I replaced my cabin air filters. Seems like this is a common issue with debris falling into the motor fan blades when pulling out the old air filters. Now I can pull this out easily and clean out the fan! Thanks!

yeah mine sounds like a hovercraft after replacing the cabin filters. pretty sure some debris got in there - but that's never happened to me before in seventeen years of owning one (or two) so I guess I've been lucky up until now. / = thank god this seems pretty straightforward and probably more effective than trying to vacuum from above.

Gog dang man I pull the motor out and it was like a lawn mower bag Now the blower is quiet no strange motor hum or leafs hitting the fan blade

It is literally the fan that pulls the air in front the AC area, vents it through the cabin filters, and then into your air vents. So his probably stopped working?

Do you know what size screws you removed were?
