Honda Fit , adding Radio Controls to steering wheel

I have a 2012 that already has these buttons but they are mostly worn out and I would like to replace them. Do you have a link of where I can get them and it is a pretty simple switch out since I already have them?

Check AliExpress, that's where these cam from. Honda Civic also fit. If you already have the buttons then it should be a drop in fit but the wire colors may or may not match.
