Joying Android 12 version car radio can support the aftermarket PAL and NTSC model backup camera. But it cannot work well with the Joying radio, hope you'd better use the Joying AR reverse camera. Hope you understand.

I have installed the front and rear cameras on my 11.6" Joying 1920 x 1080 Android 12 unit but I am having trouble finding the reverse camera trigger wire at the rear of the Joying unit. I understand it should be labelled 'Back', but there is only one wire that has a hand written label 'Back' but it is connecting between the Can unit and the Joying plug. It is not a single wire ready to be connected into the reverse light wire coming from the camera loom. What do I do?? Would really appreciate help here!

For those who are installing the rear camera alone, just go and buy the front camera too. It makes the installing easier. I had to try different power 12v power sources and only one worked. Long story short, purchase both cameras. I wish someone had told me this, would have saved me lots of troubleshooting.

@Mtbzzzz @boykajoying I also just purchased the rear camera as well. I didn't feel the need for the front since I have a dash cam. Were you able to figure out how to wire the rear camera without the front? The purple wire on my head unit says IR instead of Camera power. I'm not sure if I should just splice the red power to both purple IR wire, also not sure where the pink wire goes. TIA!
