Well done. Using Honda HFC-2 is probably not mandatory, but why take a potentially expensive chance? Running it through the gears and using the torque wrench shows you are a pro. The plastic trim rivets are available at most auto parts stores. I use O'Reilly's since the are also pros.

How do you know it’s time to change the gear oils? I recently bought a reconditioned 2019 petrol with now 38k. Should I change it?

I do not recall when Honda says to service it. I like to do it around 30-40k typically for most cases.

See my comment below I was using new software and didnt know how to flip the orientation. I have since fixed it for future videos
