The 1st and 2nd generation Honda Fits are notorious for having their spark plugs loosen up.
Generally the first sign that they are loosening up is an gasoline/exhaust smell in the cabin when you're sitting still in the car with the blower on (not on recirculate)
As soon as you notice this symptom you should check your plugs. If you continue running the car like this the plug will continue to loosen and cause significant damage to the cylinder head and ignition coil.
If a spark plug does cause head damage you will need specialty tools to fix the head.
