Hi I have a 2016 Honda jazz. Took it to Honda dealer as passenger footwell soaked. After taking it back 7 times they did various jobs replacing door seal etc.charged me £200 plus still leaking. I gave up with them as every time they had the car for a few days. I decided to lift carpet and look myself. I found a 38 mm blind grommet missing from flitch plate by firewall, this was replaced and leak repaired. Total incompetence from dealer you would think they would have checked for that.
