Honda Goldwing - Goldstrike Accessories!!!

Love Goldstrike, took a ride up to their facility from Texas to Hudson, Wisconsin last August. They gave me a tour through their facility, yes, I wore my mask, it was covid time. I was able to view some new prototype products for the goldwing awesome folks, a very high quality product with special attention paid to detail. I didn't expect a tour, my brother in law and I showed up there at their door and they offered us a tour. I went there because I had an issue with my new highway pegs right out of the box. Knowing I was headed to Minnesota in a couple weeks, I just decided that I would pay them a visit. They were very receptive, took care of my issue and replaced one of my pegs right there in the parking lot. After our tour, they gave me a new catalog with their products for the new wing. I'm telling you, their customers are important to them, a very good product, and they are very innovative. They will not forget to stand behind their products. My issue was a flaw, that if caught,would have never made it to packaging. They are just first class folks.

I agree whole heartedly. I didn't mention this in the video but I had an issue with my tour blade that I originally bought. I saw them at Wing Ding and told them about it. They mailed me a new one no questions asked. I asked them if they needed me to send them pictures of my defective part so they could document it. There guy at the rally told me that it was no need that he believed me and they would take care of it immediately. Absolutely great customer service!!

Hi just watched this vid just got a 2021 bagger ,cheap mod iv,e done is stick two clear 50mm reflectors on the blanks where the fog lights go just put a little black silicon around the edges as blank is not quite flat. look ok and also reflect.

Very nice ride!!! White does not always Translate very well on most motorcycles but I have to say that is one of the most beautiful Goldwing I've seen of any generation. And you could just the right amount of touches without going too far. I have never heard of this company but we'll definitely have to check them out I live in southeast Iowa and I'm looking into purchasing a 2007 Goldwing in the kind of burnt orange color

Thank you for watching!! I normally am not a big fan of white either but this white has the metallic flake in it so it really pops in the sun. Good luck on getting your Goldwing. I like the burnt orange color. Also, the 2007 is the bigger body style and is definitely a comfortable ride if you plan on doing some long distance. Ride safe!

Thanks yea just have too get the misses to agree but I found a 2007 with I think 54,000 maybe it was 74,000 miles for $6,990. Traditionally I would not consider q bike with that mileage but this is my first touring machine. I've owned sport bikes, sport tourer and dirt bike. From my research I feel like this is a good price for a bike for such a reliable reputation. With that said do you have a lot of experience with the gold wings? What are your thoughts?? Any advise or thoughts are appreciated. You mentioned the 2nd gen war a larger frame machine. I did not know that. This will be my to a large degree dedicated POV lol I'm in the army " personal operating vehicle " speaking of which my military unit is a 2 hour drive one way so cargo space, comfort and reliability are huge considerations. Depending on your experience if you dont mind I'd love to converse with you periodically on questions, advice and opinions. Be safe out there a d wish you well with your channel I'm hitting the subscribe button right now. LoL

Gold strike must love you ! Kidding aside , I have the Goldstrike hwy pegs ,and the tie downs. Love them . I was liking your jacket, Honda doesn't have much in clothing, do you remember were you picked up your jacket? I have a whole dresser filled with old HD shirts ,but not much Honda stuff . I feel confused when I have a BMW hat , Harley tee shirt , and I'm riding a Goldwing. Ride safe .

You just need the Goldstrike grips in chrome and the cylinder head covers in chrome. Looks good.

Craig real nice job. Keep it up. I think you could put it in local bike shows. Just a suggestion traxion dynamics has a cool dip stick cover . ciro has nice chrome grips with throttle boss Also if you like and can find custom pinstriper. Black and gray would look bad was Last thing when you do air filter/coolant a great time to add puddles lights . The electric connections are good its such a cool effect I added to the my wing . what I forgot to do at same time was power outlet a good acct Have a great day

I have the Russell Day Long seat and backrest. It is amazing. All day comfort. You send them your stock seat and they modify it. This is the second seat I have had done by them. No regrets. Thanks for watching

I have a Goldwing branded jacket made by Sedici. It is a mesh jacket. It moves air ok. However, I have other mesh jackets that allow more air to pass through on a hot day. So I wear this jacket when it is a little cool but not hot. Thanks for watching and ride safe!

Love your bike. Looks great. I have an 02 and thinking on upgrading. I see your windshield is bigger. Thats one problem I have with the new body styles. Seem narrow in the front and has a small windshield. Did you have or have you rode the last body style? 2017-2001

Thank you. I did not have nor rode the last body style. When I was looking at getting a new Goldwing it was between a new 2018 or new 2017 (leftover). After talking to some people that had driven both they convinced me to go with the 2018 DCT. The windshield is a F4 customs. It is a little wider than the stock and offers better wind protection. Nice new gen! Seat looks nice, is it an ultimate? I test drove a 2018 last year, it felt a little cramped but Im 6’1 245. Ive spent so much to get my f6b comfortable for me. Best upgrade was the mega monty from Traxxion. So much safer now. Honda should be ashamed for their stock suspension, they probably spend 200 bucks on the whole thing. With the new suspension, seat, and bar risers I can go thru a tank of gas without a stop. What do you think of the new gen suspension? Did you have the previous generation wing? Thanks

It is the Russell Day Long seat. The seat is outstanding. I haven't had any issues with the new suspension. Although I didn't own the previous generation, I have spoken to people that have owned both and they said the 2018+ is much improved over the previous years. Thanks for watching!! Ride safe
