10:37 THIS. I have to force myself into social situations and 95% of the time I’m so thankful that I did. I wish more people would talk about men’s mental health.

Your energy is so chaotic and I love it. I've been down in the dumps the past few years. Been wanting a grom ever since I sold my manual daily, but your videos have been solidifying my decision on getting one. Thanks man.

damn bro this video was perfect for me rn. I just got into riding and kinda nervous about it cause it’s a 300 street bike but i’ve rode off-road a lot my whole life but it’s a different ball game.. tons of guys saying practice this do that. I Used to be super into gaming but i’ve slowly been slipping away from it just playing minimal now. In a weird place in life and a lot of overthinking when I don’t really need to but it feels like a never ending loop in my brain sometimes. Glad i’m getting into riding and I had a feeling it would help let loosen the mind. Appreciate the video and happy riding. I know this was a long comment but honestly thanks for the nudge man.

Being depressed is a mindset. It's okay to not be happy all the time. Not being happy doesn't necessarily mean you're sad. Be thankful for what you have and don't sweat the small things

You can train your mind to do anything if you want it bad enough.

i get the sentiment, but that is a dangerous misconseption of what depression is

@@ImSrry4BeingWhite you cant mix an actual mental illness with a temporary feeling
@DylanO05052 ай бұрын
@@ImSrry4BeingWhite it’s really difficult to think positive when you brain convinces you that you will never ever be happy again, that you don’t matter, and all of a sudden your hobby’s aren’t interesting to you anymore. I think the hobby part has been the worst for me cause you can’t necessarily train yourself to be interested in something. Only force yourself to do it until you find passion again. But yeah, I find my episodes get way easier and far between when I think positively. Sounds dumb but I replace every bad thought with a good one. Oh and go get sun on your skin

Now THIS is some real sh!t! I respect that a lot! 💯 Super duper true that Mental Health is more important then ever in this digital world. Of misleading ads/ideals or stuff decided to be pushed out to people. Sorry to hear you had your mental struggles as well, but that you got out of it is what counts most. Even if riding got you to sort it out as well. You can seek/find/see a more positive effect of life if you open up to it. To everyone it's different. For us riding is a big deal for this. Or maybe for someone else is to go out for a drive in the car. Speaking of a digitalized world, it can help too for example watching a video on KZbin or a serie on Netflix for example which makes you entertained and happy and escape for a while. Music that hits you and you vibe with. Or being outdoor more, enjoy nature and for example the little things of an hello of a person you don't know or just now as neighbor or anything. Other things, the sun shining, the beauty of Autumn and Winter as well as Spring and Summer. Rainbows, pretty skies, nice sunrises or sunsets. A smile you get from anything to even a dog or any other animal just approaching you or sitting briefly without instantly moving away. Good stuff man. Also GRATZ on the 3k+!

Could you potentially do a video on your cold-night riding gear? I just recently got a 22 Honda Grom and have definitely given myself frostbite a time or two trying to ride at night lmaoo

I wanna build a mini electric stunt bike and call it a "Mini Grom" and just stick a 12bar on it. But I'm stuck riding around a bmx bike all day. 👎
