GX 390 found a piece of small rubber hose in crankcase, what would it be from?

What kind of puller do you use to remove the flywheel? I have a gx390 electric start and I cannot get it off.

It's just a regular old automotive pulley puller. It might help to give the flywheel a few good hits with a dead blow hammer to shock it loose.

What is the exact name of this motor ?

They don't really have a name, they're just a Chinese Honda clone. Some manufacturers call them a 188F, but most just call it "GX390".
