You can’t remove it, it’s not dust or dirty. This happens due to ultraviolet light from the sun. There’s no way you can remove it

Yes, in case it's not raining heavily this bag can handle anything else we can use rain cover in case of heavy rains

No, I didn't feel any wobbling in my bike....if you are planning to buy Honda Hness, you can definitely go for it.
