Honda NSS250 project part 2: Engine assembly, camshaft timing and valvels adjustment

Hello all,
This is part 2 from Honda NSS250 Jazz 2002 project and in this video I've tried my best to make a short DIY about Honda NSS250 Jazz 2002 engine assembly, camshaft timing and valves adjustment.
Make sure you change all sealings, gaskets and O-rings while doing this procedure. Also one extremly important thing is to use Nm wrench and owners manual for tightening torques and always reffer to owners manual while working on any vehicule for tips and trick/ tools you might need, it really eases the job and makes it a pleasure instead of a headache.

@@user-ym7vv1me8x hello, yes, it's the same engine as the honda Reflex 250. How many km? I cannot say exactly how many because it always depends on how you treat the engine. But if you treat it right, I bet it can go up to 100.000 km, easily. Wish you a great day
