OMG...didn't even know there was a power button up there. Kept trying the engine-start button. That was so easy!!! My daughter got a new battery yesterday and the radio went into anti theft mode we googled and ev says there’s a code sticker on or on the glovebox. Nope! Ours was bought brand new, we have all the owners manuals/instructions etc and it all says the same thing. Everything refers you back to the owners manual but we can’t find anything there about a code or the radios serial number which you have to have to do it online etc etc. then I found this! WHY does it not just say hold the power button down??? Thank you!!!

Why did I just found this video??? I'm so mad at myself right now...and also mad at Honda!!! For a long time, I thought the power button meant the ignition button!!! I thought I needed to hire someone to hack my Honda display to make it work again (sigh~)

I have the same problem with my 2017 Honda CRV except when I hold down the power button, I hear three beeps and nothing happens. The only way I have gotten my radio to work is holding the power, brightness and phone options down, which carries you to a developer screen that you can access the anti theft skip. The radio will work but the screen times out after a minute. The dealer hasn’t been able to help me and my Honda has been shipped out of the country. This has been going on too long, is there anyone that could give me some clues or pointers as to fixing this issue. Thanks

My 2016 exl accord , main dash screen , when i power on my car the Honda logo comes on and then couple secondd pass ... and i get a blank screen. Doesnt move from the dark screen. Its only my bottom screen that gives me the blacked out screen. My top dash screen works not my bottom main screen

sixue斯雪 disconnects the battery for 30 min then try again. Also u don’t need any codes to input. Just hold on to the power button
