That's coming along well mate, don't worry too much about the weld finish, it's plenty strong enough, you always just 'spot weld' thin plate, and move around a bit to prevent distortion, grind it and a thin skim of filler ... sorted

yes it is plenty strong enough, Its just my own personal goal to try and get a better looking weld, Ive ordered some solid wire, looking to get myself a good size gas bottle, cant be doing with those small disposable bottles. Thanks for your comment :)
