How to Tune Gear
Bring the bike on Stand and then put the key and turn on the bike (Not Start the bike) It will
appear ‘’ - ‘’ icon on dashboard. Twisted gas pedal as much as possible . It will show ‘’ L ‘’ on dashboard
and then release the gas pedal to normal. Start engine and use gear 1 and then gradual twist the gas
pedal to 2000 RPM meter or until see dashboard show number ‘’ 1 ‘’ and then use gear 2 and gradual
twist the gas pedal to 2300 RPM or until see dashboard show ‘’ 2 ‘’ next , use gear 3 and then gradual
twist the gas pedal to 2600 RPM meter or until see dashboard show number ‘’ 3 ‘’ then use gear 4 and
then gradual twist the gas pedal to 2900 RPM meter or until see dashboard show number ‘’ 4 ‘’ , use
gear 5 and then gradual twist the gas pedal to 3200 RPM meter or until see dashboard show number ‘’ 5
‘’ Finally , use gear 6 and then gradual twist the gas pedal to 3500 RPM meter or until see dashboard
show number ‘’ 6 ‘’ , After the number 6 show on dashboard that it will finish to install.
Note
• If it have accident when tune the dashboard please turn off the bike and start first step again
• After finish to tune , Even turn off the bike or remove the indicator off , The system will
remember. No need to tune again
• It will complete after tune all of 6 gears.

I went and had it installed. He didn’t do any of the last steps so the indicator learns the gears. How do you reset it so it goes back into learning mode again? Thanks for the video.

I have the steps to aid in the full process in the description. In the event of the program not completing, turn the ignition off… then try again. If this fails. Unplug the unit and plug back in after a few seconds. Then restart.

Hi. I try to set up with cb1000r 2011 . Start Learning , 1 its ok, show switch 2 ... but next only blinking the " 2 number " fast and don't show switch up to 3, however I riding 2-3 km. What do I worng , any idea ? Thx

Are you doing this on a stand. You need to reach the specific rpm in each gear for it to “see” the gear. The flashing is indicated when it’s learning. Sounds like it’s not yet completed. Hope this helps

@@SLIGHT_ no, I haven't stand , i try riding on bike, first gear its ok, ask 2 but next just flashing "2" on kilometers and not ask 3. I try change rpm, but nothing yet. 🤔

@@fekeiphone4 from my experience… it’s extremely difficult to learn through 6th gear on the road. (that’s required to complete the learn) You need to rev out the bike until the flashing stops and switches… then shift gears. In the description I have a written how to.

Great question… I’d think, without that sixth gear it will not complete the set up. So there has to be an option for a 5 gearbox. Let me see what I can find.
