@@timoteooo94 He probably has alotta fun in that truck! 😁 You got big diesel trucks that tow, and you got small fun pickups like the Ridgeline. Big truck VS fun little pickup. Both trucks, just different categories. And most people don’t **need** a truck, they just **want** one. The Ridgeline can be easily modded with exhaust, lift kits and LED’s just as other pickups. Only difference, Honda’s are VERY reliable compared to American makers. People are tired of this ridiculous bandwagon of cheap parts and terrible construction now. MANY guys and girls are switching to Japanese trucks for good reason. Toyota/Honda for the win!!!

As a Ridgeline owner (2017 RTL-T), I feel that this comment section was lacking the usual negativity. So I will bite the bullet and offer the following: "durrr, it can't do that! This must be fake! Everyone knows you cannot possibly leave the gosh durned paved roads unless your vehicle has a frame, antiquated leaf springs, 44" tires on chrome rimes and wheel spacers, at least a 4" lift, 4lo, front and rear lockers, and gets only 7mpg highway, durrr". Jokes aside, very nice demo.

I have not personally taken my 2013 sport off-road. May I digress, I came to a complete stop at the bottom of a hill. This hill was a solid sheet of ice. (YES, ICE, black ice, the road went up, approx 35°) at a complete stop on crap tires. Which you say? Starfire Solarus, they are the only tire slip control came on during rain. My ridgeline went straight up the ice hill. (Vehicle history) this truck has bottom end torque. Single overhead cam with port injection. [Big brother of the "B series" that was on the old 2000 CRV." I went past brand new Fords and Chevys. The looks they gave me, in awe that my truck was able to take on such a feat.

And this is why Honda needs a nice 3 inch lift on all their Ridgeline models! It would definitely help! Skid plate up front and protection on the bottom. Maybe a little more hp and torque wouldn’t be a bad idea too!

@natelogic7423 25 күн бұрын
The tire mount is a factory made intention. There is a small plug that you remove on the passenger side of the side of bed. The spare tire center screws right up with it. A feature Honda developed.

I have a 2007 RTL,. I love it, but the leather upholstery on the inner side of the driver's seat has deteriorated. Maybe that particular area is not made of leather. I wish my truck did get better gas mileage. On the bright side it has been the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned. Go ahead and make fun of me because I am not apart of the "BIG 4". I never wanted to be apart of that group anyway.

Ridgeline off-roaders on Facebook has lots of good info. Page I started for us. Did a tranny cooler swap out with an atomic cooler from #summitracing. Absolutely I have to change all fluids out quite a bit more often than normal. The tenant used to overheat a lot and same with the rear diff. My truck is also fully plated underneath, so that doesn’t help. Lol.
