​@@klu777Tempting. Just converted mine other Honda f4i to a naked, only because one wire at the ignition barrel snapped off and when the fairing came off I decided it will stay like that. @klu777 There is an excellent take on that by The BigBike 22 called "Honda ST 1300cc Café Racers" with round headlight, have a look. Anyway, thanks to your excellent video I tackled this stripping operation and managed to sort out no charging issue from the alternator. That was the only reason I bought it recently so cheap and the cause was loose positive cable at the alternator terminal end. At the end I also resisted the strong temptation to start naked conversion. The thing with fairing is I don't like to look at them on my bike, but not having cold knees when riding in casual clothes for some shopping is so great. I have just completed cbr f4i naked conversion but I may need to buy some lazy st1300 kind of bike but naked style from the factory, maybe chopper, for sunday rides around the town. Thanks again for your tutorial.
