Thanks. The instructions didn't specifically mention mounting with the windshield wiper kit. However, I wouldn't think it would be a big deal to relocate it depending on where you wanted to put it. I mounted this exact heater months ago with the windshield wiper kit. It does have to go in a different location. Note, this heater is ineffective in temperatures below 55F unless you have an enclosed cab especially if there’s a cross wind. kzbin.info/www/bejne/f5PcgmZrjN-dis0

Did you install the heater according to the inferno instructions you got with this kit for the honda talon? Reason why i ask is the instructions i have on installing the same heater kit on my honda talon 2021 model year says to connect the heater hoses to the oil cooler line out in the rear of the machine only ,and use a straight hose connector inline and that goes to the heater core in . The out side of the heater core hose goes back to the engine oil cooler line that you cut , and that is connected to the return to the engine . This is going to give you more heat sooner because it is before the thermostat. Thanks , Tom

Yes, but the instructions back when I installed it were different. I’m pretty sure they revised the installation instructions sometime after mine to provide faster/warmer heat.

@@Jason____ thanks jay yes they did update this install . This honda is a pain in the back to work on , no room for things to be added on properly. It’s nice to see your interesting vids and hard work you do on the talon. I see you have the ambition I once had when doing build projects on your equipment

So buddy has followed all the instructions and he keeps blowing the fuse. Even blown an 30 amp fuse. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

I can't say that I do. Without actually being able to physically inspect it it'd just be throwing ideas at the wall and seeing what sticks. I'd recommend reaching out to the manufacturer.

What’s the offset of your wheels and are they even front to back

The wheels in the video are the factory wheels so yes they’re even. The tires are 32-10-15 Maxxis Carnivores.
