Hanging idle is usually a sign of a lean mixture. I would recommend doing the adjustment with a multimeter. Also, the vacuum needle adjustment can help. That noises seems like misfire. I see that you tend to use more choke so my guess is on that it is lean rather than rich.

Sorry I didn't see it earlier, I don't know how old your bike is, pd06?, I have one from 1997 , totally rebuild the engine, had terrible problems with the carburetion, had them professionally cleaned, re jetted, like yours it was running a lot worse, I took a good look at the exhaust, like cheese, the damper is not so important, but the headers, if there's any pinholes,it causes the popping, cover all joints with cement, it helped mine ,but I'm still dealing with 30 year old carbs that are probably leaking on the mechanical seals, I take it out and it runs great at above idle,

I switcht the spark plugs and the voltage regulator but nothing Happens

i think the chk sound it makes is misfire from spark plugs
