That thing came out looking pretty trick!! Job well done I'd say. My only suggestions if you plan on keeping the quad for yourself to enjoy: -Definitely time for a new front chain slider -Ditch that chinese aluminum case saver for a UPP or DRW polyurethane case saver. -Get rid of the front wheel spacers if you have them, it looks like you do. Just having the +2 or +3 arms is good enough for excellent handling. The front knuckle geometry on the TRX is regarded as one of the best handling geometry setups in the quad world aside from the LTR. I'd hate to see you ruin that with wheel spacers that increase bump steer. Great content I hope you do more on this quad.

Thanks dude!! Yes I agree with everything you’re saying. This quad is actually my buddies and he doesn’t plan on racing it…more of just riding around and having some fun. I didn’t put on spacers in the front and don’t remember seeing them there but now that you mention it…I have to recheck! And yes some protective parts are needed! Thank you. It depends if you want kick start or e-start. Honestly kick start is more reliable during a race but e-start is convenient. I would keep stock bore, stock crank, upgrade cams, JD jet kit, get the head ported and you’ll have a solid reliable quad. We went over board with big bore and stroker lol

Came.out sick just a heads up dont ever give it gas when you start trx have a little sticker saying not to do that it will blow out the starter clutch

I bought a JD jetting kit. Installed everything per the instructions and it runs perfect. I don’t remember the exact numbers unfortunately

Plan was to just get a wider axle to avoid spacers. Front has spacers which would come off anyway
