DO NOT TAKE OFF THE IMPELLER The impeller does not need to be removed for you to change the clutch, the only time it has any relevance to a clutch replacement is when you rotate it BY HAND when replacing your clutch cover so the gears fit back together. If you do remove the impeller your water pump seal will be break and coolant will leak into the sump. I have just had to replace my water pump seal mechanical seal (also the water pump bearing, as to remove the seal you have to first drive out the bearing), these costs more than your clutch components, and it was a hard job, involving the use of costly specialist tools.

Hi great video thanks for sharing, my son and i are trying to do this as no drive happeing on bike so we thought clutch had gone! On the old clutch plates, there is a smaller plate thinner does that go on first? as my son put the clutch plates in and not sure if right way round as still no drive

Hei, takk for bra upload! Jeg har nettopp skaffet meg en VanaderoXL125V selv. Så langt er det to uker med MC glede. Fantastisk fin sykkel. Men, en ting plager meg. Armene på sidespeilene er altfor korte. Er ikke mulig å se noen ting bakover. Har du funnet en bedre løsning på dette, forlenger armer eller noe lignende?
