Screw driver
Torque Wrench

Good video showing how to adjust but chain slack measurement should be taken with the bike on the side stand.

This is incorrect, the owners manual states to check slack measurements on center stand.

No it doesn’t. Page 87 of the Honda VFR750F RC36 service manual states; Turn the engine off, place motorcycle on the side stand and shift the transmission into neutral. Check slack in the drive train lower run midway between the sprockets.

@@rstmg60 yes it does, please refer page 72 of owners manual. It states to place motorcycle on center stand. I have looked at the service manual as well and you're right that it says to check on side stand. So up to you I guess. I think I'm going to stick with the easy way :)

I heared the torque spec for the bolt is 75 Nm.

Hi I doubled checked the repair manual. Definitely says 55 Nm.
