It does not matter anymore...never did. Japanese, American, English. SEDISH, German, bikes made in India.....we are on this piece of micro dust called Earth! Human beings make bikes and war! If I was an American in 1776, I probably would not buy a bike made in England. But 250 years later and it is okay. Ride anything....make it your own. I have a 1972-1975 Ironhead Stroker with parts from Japan, America, Mexico, etc... but I am getting a Japanese v twin too! I am a Free Amercan who rides what I want, I do not ride what somebody or some club tells me to....that is not freedom or brotherhood...that is dictatship! Life's too short....ride and be healthy a d happy!

An older white guy with a biker stasche said "good fuckin job Honda, Harley's a rattle trap waiting to happen" when I pulled up to a store and he was walking out. I have a black 2003 Shadow ACE with performance jetting, open stacks and a cobra exhaust so it sounds loud.. this was the closest I was ever getting to Harley 😂

80/20 Honda vs Harley for.. Honda look great, affordable, run forever, easy to maintain, but they lack after market upgrades... Would love to custom bob a fatboy, awesome bikes, but get read to fork some bucks. Personally every Harley I had never any issues. But when you upgrade anything performance wise... even Hondas, reliability can suffer.

Holding value? that's all a Myth with Harley-Davidsons when you spend 70 grand on a motorcycle or more and you're looking to recoup your money on a resale you try to get as much of it back as you can so the price is always higher it doesn't mean that the bike has held its value few bikes do, try getting value for value in one of these Harley-Davidson dealers and see what they tell you and God forbid you did any modifications

Reliability my ass. That shit died with shovelheads I got ,1972 FLH shovel for new guy mine was built in 72 I was in 2 nd grade bought it at age of 20 I'm 58 it's in my dining RM behind table because it's winter don't want her outside . Custom tag read AMF-JUNK but that's just for fun. It's left me on side of road once if I were any kind of mechanic that wouldn't have happened. So Harley my choice but Honda has also changed a lot they were dependable back in the day but looks weren't all that now unless you know your bike can't tell difference. Bro broke down on highway we were late to be somewhere hauled his bike to my place put him on yrs a shovel but it was 1340 mines 1200. Next morning his mom said son did you ride your bike home last night sounded different. I love that lady always been fun. Like my mom bro,s all tell me if she gets in trouble no 911 for her she,s gonna call local bike bike club coz they remind her of her son's an friends she knows she,ll be fine. I don't care what you ride as long as your up on two,s so we know how to act. Have great life peace P.S. that Honda does look good how's the sound that's tough part be easy

Unlike some past bike I owned yes I owned Asian bikes also and I had problems with Honda, Kawasaki and Suzuki. Only Harley Davidson and Yamaha gave me no problems with any of them I owned. And after 40 years of riding amd wrenching I believe I'm qualified to say my opinion.
