Honda XR 250 DC Lighting Conversion

In this video, I explain how i converted my 1995 Honda XR 250's lighting system from AC to DC using a Baja Designs regulator/rectifier, Trail Tech battery and Baja Designs Squadron Sport LED headlight. You will, for sure, be able to see more than just your front fender by doing this conversion!

It's possible that it would be a very similar process. Funny thing is, i have a 1979 XR 500 in the shop. If i get time, i may take a look at it and see how tricky it would be to do.

What’s the battery? Did you built it? Nice job!

It's a 12 volt Lithium battery pack used for dual sport conversions. Trail Tech makes one and i think Tusk offers one as well.
