Nice work. Did u changed injector for bigger one or tuned afr somehow? I am considering installing 63,5mm big bore kit to my cbf but am wondering how i will tune the injector for bigger displacement.

I used a larger carburetor for XR200, but it works ok with the standard set up. Just check the color of the spark plug, if it turns white-ish, you must change the main jet in the carb to a larger one. If not, just use the standard setup. I dont have any idea about fuel injection systems how to adjust them.

Hey man how's it running so far? I have an xr150 too and considering upgrading to a bigger bore just like yours. What carb are you using? Are you still using the stock muffler?

It works perfect! I use an XR 27mm carburator. Still stock muffler, but my plan is to install a racing muffler soon.

@@FPI23 I am sure it will, just taking things step by step. We had some more strict lockdowns, so I have not been able to make those long drives that I want to do. Last thing remaining now, is the exhaust. I got driving gear in place, and even a USB charger on the handle bar, so now waiting for some more freedom to move around.

I'm guessing you could really feel the power difference? I like my XR for here in the Philippines, great price for a machine that can keep up with all traffic except not allowed on expressways.. I have a HD back in Texas, just some engine upgrades cost 2x what I paid for this whole bike..lol

I installed the big cylinder when the bike was almost new, I guess it had like 1500 km on the clock. It ran perfectly until I just sold it, in perfect condition still to this day.

I have not found a racing camshaft here. Top speed is 110 km/h

XR125 has a different stroke, so if you want to put a big bore cylinder, you should probably change the connecting rod to one that fits the bigger piston. Maybe you also need to do some machining in the engine block.
