The SUV is 100% coming out first. The SUV has concept-like styling, but if by far more production ready compared to the saloon, it's not even on the same time frame. You can tell by the greenhouse pillars and glass. The sedan has really thin pillars, glass that wraps around the A and B pillars, glass that's flush across the entire greenhouse, and a rear window that cannot physically roll down into the rear door. The SUV has a greenhouse, windows, and pillars that look like they actually work. I'd bet good money that the sedan is 2 years behind the SUV

I like it for the fact that Honda is actually trying to move away from the 'old' design and be more future-forward. Saying all that these good looks won't be actualized when it comes out for sale. And thing out this kind of design stance is that it could very easily be ruined when you have to add/subtract elements for cost and legal obligations. 0 saloon: I think we can only save the front facia, shoulder line, and maybe the thick d pillar(?) like Kia K4 and EV4. 0 suv: The only thing that can be saved is the front. It is going to come out like the new Scout but with lower profile. Possibly a taillight that looks like the early 2000s' CRV? Another thought. Why aren't they using Nissan to test out the waters like how Hyundai does with Kia? It's risk-free for Honda brand even if it fails. If it miraculously succeeds that's a great starting point for new Nissan. Then Honda can study to make improvements and invest more into their new project.

@@playloud247 exactly. But it’s not just that. The future is about innovation, and artists that create things for movies are innovative. Plus there’s reasons cars look the way they do when they go electric, and that’s because the engine doesn’t go in the front anymore. This car doesn’t need a huge hood for that reason, plus evs need to be efficient, so the sloping roof helps that too. And lights don’t need bulbs and big glass housings like they used to, so lights can be thin and complex. It comes from practicality. Building a car to look like a model T ford when it’s got electric motors is silly and only looks like that because old folks get confused when things don’t look like they used to.

Both designs fail because their is no rear window, and terrible visibility out of the 'blind spot areas' of both cars. I do not want to pay for an expensive camera, screen, and software because the back of the car 'looks cooler'. Subaru is my favorite design company. Not because their cars 'look good', they don't. But because when you sit in a Subaru, you can fkn see out of it.
