Hondo - Double card Change

Over the years, magicians have developed various card color changes - Cardini change, top change, and more requiring some cover with the other hand and it's basically pure sleight of hand.
The modern magic revolves more around the visual magic which takes place without cover and can be performed even in the spectator's hand looking like the CGI effect making the audience go crazy.
Which type do you prefer - pure sleight or visual magic?
