15:11 Carl actually got that joke. The idea is the same, it's just that many people in India switch to "B.Com" (Bachelor of Commerce) instead of liberal arts like they do in the US. So "maybe I was a B. Com kinda guy" does mean that they realize that they are not cut out for engineering and choose a different major.

Carl here, as far as I know we don't have a precise equivalent to MTech in the states. You would have to do something like a 'Masters of Science' in a specific major like mechanical engineering or computer science etc, these are often referred to as STEM majors. Figure out the major then google the university ranking by the program you want. Harnoor answers a lot of questions like this on his other channel. Check out the description for details. Hope this helps.
