Hi. I also use painter tape top and botton, but I get better result if a turn the tumbler. Good luck.

From the beginning I only tape the seam. I do make the print a bit bigger. It goes a bit over the top, bottom and at the seam. Where it overlaps at the seam I do tape one side. No tape at the bottom/top, the print just goes a bit over the top and bottom. I press 2 times ( I rotate) 385 degrees/ 120 seconds and then both top and bottom for 20seconds. I have perfect full wrap tumblers all the time. Except for one time, when I had my print upside down😂. I did it on 380 degrees too, and it turned out great also, but I just decided to go with 385. Maybe you should try that....

Both times you pressed at 385 degrees for 120 seconds or did you do 60 seconds each? Also I find when I do lighter color prints it comes out burnt. Any tips?

How do you decide what size you should print your imagine after you measure your tumbler? Do you go up a size?
