Today i understand that YG has his own unique signature and they strive to preserve it. They have no intention of copy his own groups they want to mantain his distinct style. i also watched the teasers. but i feel like i know what's coming but at the same time i dont know what's coming. there are a lot of elements in the song and MV that's still pleasantly surprised me. I think this is perfect. Definitely better than 'Batter Up', I think the girls shine better in this one! Nice to see Ahyeon too. They did great. I just personally can't get over the 'sheesh' part which is not my taste at all. It just sucks that YG wishes to shine more than make their group shine. Yt reactors tends to pause alot during the first listen of the song, and I think that actually kills the build up of emotion which is the most important in connecting someone's feeling to the song. Pausing a lot in the 2nd listen seems more reasonable for me. Just an opinion, but overall, I still enjoy the reaction video.

The problem with expectations is that they are usually not met and you end up dissatisfied. Expecting something different from the YG sound is being delusional, especially if you already know how faithful the agency is to its style and sounds. You may or may not like it, that's subjective and if you don't like it that doesn't mean it's bad. The song has a good balance between the vocal line and the rap line, they all shine, even those who have fewer lines. Something inevitable in a group of 7 members

He produced for iKON, Bigbang, 2ne1 too... even YG tries to make Babymonster sounds different, but no matter how hard they try.. every single song that has YG vibe would be just Teddy's track wannabe.
