Hi! with Day6 I always recommend watching their live performances instead of the mvs but reading the lyrics is also very important since they write their own songs :) there’s just something special about it. I do love their School trilogy mvs tho (what can i do, I loved you and when you loved someone) which they did not sing here. Thanks for reacting to their killing voice!

And yeah, this is their new single; usually that'd be reserved for the finale, but given the title, it makes sense for them to open with it... 5:00 This is "Days Gone By". 5:30 "I'm Serious". 6:30 "Only". 12:30 "Letting Go". 13:30 "I Loved You". 14:30 "I Smile". 22:45 Yeah, I think frankly, he's just happy to be back with the band... they all are, but with Young K it _really_ shows... 😁 25:30 He is indeed very smiley. Their bassist - Young K is the main lyricist of the group, he wrote almost all their songs. He also a solo artist and radio DJ. A lot of popular K-pop Idols/artists are Young K fans! I`d advise you to check his cover-project - "YOUNG ONE", there`s a lot of English songs (btw he is fluent in it). My fav: "Love Me Less" (Max, Quinn Xcii cover), "What Am I" (Why Don't We cover), "Last Call" (Hudson Thames cover), "Like A Star" (Corinne Bailey Rae cover), "What A Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong cover)

Day6 deserve a lot, I think Koreans aren’t very fan of bands in general so a lot of foreign people discovered them and love them, but You’re were Beautiful (that you noticed in the video because of Wonpil’s voyels) then Zombie in 2020 were a success, and the general public in Korea made them a lot more famous at this moment. But I’m very happy you decided to listen to them because, as you said, their live performances are something.

If you have time maybe you can do a deep dive on day6's discography! ALL ALBUMS ARE NO SKIP. From January-December 2017 they had this what they called Everyday6 project where they released 2 songs (1 MV) each month and all songs are bop. Although I would also recommend their first and second album.

Would be really great to see more DAY6 reactions by you! Song list here is amazing indeed, but there are some recommendations I'd like to leave: "I need somebody", "You Make Me" and the so called school drama trilogy - "What can I do", "I loved you", "When you love someone" (these three MVs are best watched one after the other in this exact order as they form a single story line). Also, I feel like you'll enjoy the lyrics of most of their songs, because they usually convey a powerful message or tell a compelling story using pretty simple words. It makes it easy for people to relate to the songs
