This one is less rock than their previous title tracks. Their latest Japanese release, Endless Night, is full on metal. It's very important that you listen to their songs in the order of release starting with Chase Me. There is a story line that runs through Chase Me, Good Night, Fly High, You and I, What, Piri and Breaking Out. Deja Vu has a unique one time story. Koreans are not big fans of rock so all of us fans (InSomnias) consider Dreamcatcher to be grossly underrated especially since there is no group that sings or dances better than they do. All their title tracks were written, composed and arranged by the production team of LEEZ and Ollounder so their sound is quite consistent. Music tracks are laid down in a studio and are mixture of live instruments, synthesizers etc. There is only one MV, Mayday, that has a live band behind them. The band was chosen in a contest from their InSomnia fan club. They are very good. Oh, once you've fallen for Dreamcatcher, just like with Twice, you can never go back.

This my ppl is why dreamcatcher is so hyped and so underrated. They have a story line so debut song is 'Chase me' then go in order Good night, fly high, you, what, piri, breaking out (Japanese, end of story/era), Deja Vu and then scream is a new story. Also they were most of the members were in a group before in the same company but they re-branded and added members and debuted them again

Dreamcatcher for real never has a bad comeback, they always go hard and I live for it. Oh and also the girl with blonde hair, Yoohyeon, had an interview once where after being asked about her type of man corrected the interviewer and said “people, all kinds of people.” We stan a supportive/lgbt queen in this house, granted the whole group are awesome and really nice openminded girls

Actually I feel like the lyrics is more about bullism that everyone, not just idols face. They talk a lot about judgments from others and in the mv they are witches, that were actually women accused of being devil’s ‘creatures’ and burnt alive. This song is about how people in the old times like to accuse woman as witch, when they are actually not a witch. They torture them and they burn them. Thats why in the lyrics they said "my blood covering my eyes" "i can feel the pain thorugh my vein". And they analogize this witch accusation with cyber bullying that happen to many idol. They accuse and giving hate comment idol for doing nothing.

I heard this song from Dreamcatcher after Sulli's shocking suicided news not long ago. I think that's the reason Dreamcatcher started with this saga to convey important message hoping to create awareness and end cyberbullies etc. to every corner that they might able to reach because JiU (leader of Dreamcatcher) has an ambition to create huge collaborations among artists and together create great and wonderful collaboration work =O

Actually they didn't pick it just cus it was the most kpop song. The song called 'Silent Night' became popular among their fans (they even kept asking them to sing it in their concerts). It has a mixture of edm that everyone ended liking and dreamcatcher caught that information and said before that they'll be trying out that kind of edm with rock on it as their next song/album. So that's why Scream is their comeback song.

@@Momochan144528 yes I know silent night was a fan favorite but so are a lot of their b-sides for that matter. they already knew about scream and were already working on it during their deja vu promotions so when they 'hinted' for a potential edm mix during their euro tour, it wasn't because fans were asking for it. in fact the members didn't even think scream would be the title track. tension and sahara were believed to be the title track by different members. I know a lot of 'new' dreamcatcher fans who are more kpop oriented like scream, but a lot of older ones wouldn't rank it that high among their title tracks. don't get me wrong, I like it and it's a good song but per their standards I would rank it last among their title tracks.

Dreamcatcher's title tracks follow the rock genre, whilst their b sides are a mixture of rock, EDM, ballad etc and 'Scream' is the first track that's incorporated rock and EDM together as one. This is also the start of a new era Dreamcatcher. You should certainly check out the 'Nightmare series' era though in this specific order. Chase Me (debut song), Good Night, Fly High (Prequel to Chase Me & Good Night), You & I, What and then Piri. Then there's Deja Vu which is a standalone and was released after the Nightmare era and before the current era... And I don't know if you check out Japanese releases, But their most recent JPN release 'Endless Night' is their heaviest rock sound yet!

Best thing is that they sound pretty much the same live. Like, you'd expect lip syncing, but no, you can literally hear them singing OVER the voices on the track on the lives where the studio plays it with their voices. Also the story behind the song is that of witch hunts (whether it be historical or metaphorical, both easily apply, especially with internet culture today). They like putting narratives and storylines in their songs, often times carrying through multiple songs as seen with Chase Me, Fly High, You & I, etc.
