This song and its choreo is absolute fire 🔥One of the most intense choreos I’ve ever seen! It doesn’t show in the mv as much, but if you ever watch the stage or the dance practice, you’d notice how it’s just intense dancing from the beginning to the end. with almost no time for them to take a breath. They’ve actually mentioned how they usually try to keep their expressions neutral during the times they change positions and stay at the corner of the stage, but during this performance everyone just gasps for breath

From what I remember, Woozi and Bumzu came up with the idea of Hit while working out lol. They wanted something really hype and energetic that would keep you motivated during a hard work-out. The title itself is pretty representative of their intention with the song : something that feels like it hits you in the face (and the choreo also feels like getting hit lol, it's one of their most exhausting choreos and Seventeen's choreos are all pretty tiring in general).
