I think the mv basically shows and describes how RM feeling "lost" when he performing. U can see the weird things happened after the show hosts calling his name to perform, and things got back to normal after he perform on stage(when the hosts and audience cheer for him)

You need to listen to whole album from top to bottom to understand what namjoon wants to convey thru the lyrics. There are other mv too of some of the tracks from the album so yeah you can give it a try.

Have you ever seen any music videos or movies by Michel Gondry? This video and Come Back to Me. Remind me of that filmmaker. RMs expression in this song isn't very "KPOP" but thats a nice change of pace. RM is a lyricist and rapper to begin with. This video, to me, with the people walking with RM are different Personas (very well received RM track). I feel the different ppl are his fear/anxious side, goofy/carefree, straight forward/workaholic, flamboyant/feminine, and himself as we see him. He is just trying to navigate a complex life? The studio and the hosts kinda represents the insincere nature of his life. Like the host were inconsistent and fake. I don't know, I liked the deviation from the kpop norm. Its what made me get into BTS initially anyways. Always something just a little more thought provoking about the whole crew.
