Yes, Baekhyun is actually the leader of SuperM even though Taemin debuted earlier lol. Strange, right? But they all voted (the SuperM members) and appointed Baekhyun. And I think he's done a great job even tho he's highkey naughty and childish at times lmao. At the end of the day, they all collectively work as a team :)

It isn’t strange, why would it? Taemin originally was chosen as the leader coz he’s the senior, but he refused to take it coz apart from being a maknae in a group (SHINee), he doesn’t want to feel pressure in doing so, and in respect that since Baekhyun is the oldest, he felt that the leader role should be given to Baekhyun instead. I’m glad that it’s Baekhyun coz he’s such a cool person and a good leader that I feel like no dull moment within their team as Baekhyun is such a chill leader.

Baekhyun is the best leader!! At first when SuperM was created some were awkward with each other, but he is the person who united them well. He helps them too, with warming up their vocals, even recording vocal guides for them.
