Taeyeon portrays Artemis the Greek goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals, the Moon, and chastity. INVU mv director explains: Apollo (Artemis' twin) who was displeased with Artemis who fell in love with hunter Orion, tricked Artemis into killing Orion herself with her own arrow. Artemis who was sad about the death of Orion, made Orion into a constellation in the sky. also I think they purposely released INVU on Valentines day ‘coz it fits the concept of ancient greek goddess since V-day originates from greek Mythology. The MV director said it's a story of how Artemis fall in love with someone named Orion. Her brother(?), Apollo jealous of their relationship so he tricked Artemis to kill Orion. After she found out she accidentally killed Orion, Artemis turned him into a constellation and placed him among the stars If you watch it again it fits this story. A really good MV, I think the best one so far from her. Happy birthday Aaron!

@@anaistshiunza3486 no, she plays the role of Artemis. This MV represents Artemis' feelings after loosing Orion and how she turned him into a constellation of stars. Once you watch the MV and read the lyrics with this backstory, you will totally understand it.

This album is full of super high quality music and genre-wise it's right up my alley. My all time favorite album by Taeyeon is still My Voice but this is a close second and it can probably still grow since it's a lot more diverse I'd say, suitable for more moods. It can generally be divided into perhaps 3 categories of songs the pop rock/pop punk'esk vibes similar to what Can't Control Myself is, those vocal type of songs that Taeyeon is known for (like in My Voice) and there's maybe 2-3 of retro inspired edm tracks. I'm pretty confident you're going to like the first 2 types not so sure about the last one but we'll see. Interesting thing that I've noticed is that all of the new songs on this album have been produced and arranged by Western producers, judging by their names a lot of Europeans and I can definitely hear it. Maybe it's not as clear in INVU but many of the bsides really sound like Western/Euro production (not in a bad way) and especially these retro'ish ones are like a throwback to the 00's and 10's euro radio/club music. I'm interested to see your reactions to the rest of the album and Happy Birthday Aaron! :D P.S. I'm predicting that 'Cold As Hell' either gonna be your favorite or one of them, it's probably the most unconventional one for Taeyeon with a dark/mysterious type of instrumental.

The Mv director posted the explanation of the concept.（Love story in Greek mythology) Artemis (Taeyeon) was in love with a hunter named Orion, but Apollo was displeased and made her kill him. When he was shot, he was walking through waters.（umm...Maybe that's the reason why the heart was made out of water) So, Artemis turned Orion into a constellation. It fits the theme of the lyrics: I can't love you even though I love you.

i wasn't really a fan of kwangya but now i am haha, i'm glad taeng got the kwangya moment. I mean SM must love Taeyeon. She's famous, talented, has a regular spot on tv, does solo concerts, does well on charts, and gets OST calls. They don't need to invest much in her activities/promos - she doesn't go to a lot of music shows, sells everything well (digitals, physicals, concerts), and she's happy with concentrating solely on music.

Best music video that I've watched this year so far. All the songs in the album are awesome and I'm glad that Taeyeon stubbornly pushed INVU as the title track even though her staffs were against it at first. INVU is such a majestic song with captivating lyrics. With Taeyeon's perfect vocal skills, she delivered the story of the song very well.
