Reborn artist here......so most of us use Genesis heat set varnish but that company has been having issues producing product for us due to Covid issues and being able to find the products they need to manufacture our paints and mediums. Most artists have run out of supply and are being forced to use air dry products for varnish. Most air dry matte varnish has this soft touch effect. Really beautiful and soft, but feels super weird if you are used to a really matte finish.

Yes! I was wondering if it was to do with the shortage! It is super cool to feel for the first time, it does definitely feel like the special velvet silicone powder 🥰 I hope to see this product used around more! :)
