If you have dry skin we recommend you use a moisturizer after it :) This is kind of like a mixture of toner+essence so it is best to use one XD

This is a milky toner so use your toner for step1 to cleanse and soothe the skin and after apply this to boost the the moisturizing factor XD

We recommend you use this in your first step before layering the HA and niacinamide as it is a moisturizing toner rather than a cream textured moisturizer :)
