I've been wondering about this tool - but always thought it was pricey, after your video I'm sure glad I haven't mailed my letter to Santa off. Thanks for testing and sharing.

I bought a dozen of the second sander at Dollar Tree at least 10 years ago, each with 3 replaceable heads. I use one for hobbies and the other for it's original purpose of smoothing fingernails. Most are still in the original blister pack since the two I use are still going strong. They're actually well made for such an inexpensive product. I attach a new piece of sandpaper over the worn grit using double-sided tape.

The cheaper one looks exactly (except for the colour) as the one that I'm using, I bought it in the beauty isle of the supermarket, it's for nails (the brand is Scholl) but works fine for models as well 🙂

That is just something I threw together in tinkercad and 3d printed. I will see if I can make that file public and I will add a link in the description if I can.

I watched this video until the focus kept messing up. For the love of Pete, lock your focus.

I checked the reviews on Amazon and I have never seen a product with such poor ratings. Please don’t recommend products like this in future videos.
