I had scheduled service for 9 am today. Person called me at 8:55 am requesting that he can come by 12 instead of 9 am due to personal emergency. I agreed on humanitarian grounds however person again didn’t reach by 11. No call from him also. When I called he told that he will reach in 15-20 mins and they actually reached by 01:30 pm. Not sure why only 2 people came for full hime cleaning. They started at 1:30 & the work was going on till 7:45 pm. Very unprofessional experience.

Yes we( me and mom) have already started we both have to leave for office by 11.am so we wake up super early and clean day wise like today we did kitchen cleaning so hopefully we will finish by thursday so that we can further proceed with diwali decoration😊 Also wanna say i have been following u since long i just love to watch ur vlogs and both the kids your way of parenting is just superb... although i am unmarried i would love to raise my kids the way you do keeping all ur tips and tricks in my mind❤️❤️

For what it's worth, 5099 here in Vizag for cleaning all except for shampooing and drying of sofas is pretty reasonable, considering they take five hours and twenty minutes to clean the entire house, and from what I'm seeing here, I'd say you got your money's worth.

Honestly I am trying to clean my home since last 1 month. Every night for 2 hours. Me and my wife both. But abhi bhi poora ghar faila hua hai. So plan ye hai ki urban company ko bulane ki soch rahe hain thanks to your review. Unki baaki service bohot acchi hain but wanted an honest review of their home deep cleaning services as they are really expensive. That's when I found your review which is honest. 4:45 Did this cleaning company really put that much soap and water on a foam sofa with cloth covers and did no one else notice how WRONG that is? Not only is that NOT how a professional cleaning company should clean sofas but it would ruin your sofa and it's cover completely. Not to mention mold and mildew growth during monsoons with damp/trapped water and moisture within the foam. I'm amazed at the amount of comments trusting a company like this to clean your house
