The concept is brilliant and execution is also very good. A craftsman can be employed in local establishment, but his scope is limited.. He/she cannot earn beyond what that establishment pays him.. And a customer who wants a service has to go to a nearby shop and request/ even beg for a service if there is a pressing need.. But by UC, the power of the Internet is available to both. With standardization and training, the customer gets reliable service, and the craftsman also benefits because his customer base exlands .and he gets training.. From the comments below, I see there are some dissatisfied 'associates'. This is bound to happen because they deal with people lower down who make the payments. Some of them may not have right attitude that the craftsmen are 'partners' in the enterprise. But an excellent idea shouldn't suffer by bad implementation!!

Deepak ji , Good morning Hame samaz mein nahi aata ke 2..4 ..Salo mein hi inaki company हजारों करोड़ की कैसें हो जातीं है। अभी आप बता रहे हो के URBAN COMPANY 14000 करोड़ की हो गयी। और आप येह भी बता रहे हो के आजतक URBAN कंपनी ने 50 लाख Customers को service दी है। अगर हम ये समझे की सभी खर्चे काट के कंपनी को हर customers से 1000₹ profit हूँआ तों भी कंपनी , 50लाख(customer)×1000₹ (per customer profit)=500करोडो की ही हूँई, कैसे 14000करोड की हूँई ।।। सब झोला ..झोली है। Income tax में बढ़ा चढ़ा के कुछ भी दिखाना , और बाद में Bank से अरोबो ₹ लेके company को बेच देना या बंद कर देना। अभी यही शूरू है। और आप जैसे ऊनकी advertising करतें हो।

Every time urban company has been telling to professionals that we are going on lose ( and mentality, physically they pressure on professionals to work more in every possible way ) still last month 2 back this people was telling to UC partners they r on lose but how come this news omg seriously..... Remember because of professionals, now Urban company has that huge status in market....... Once if professionals come to strike then 🤐 fir bolna we are in lose... They spend lacks to lacks for advisement but they never give even a single tissue free for professionals... Instead of spending huge amount on advisement atlist you people could have given little to professionals they would be more happy to work hard with UC .... Anyways worst management system in urban company.. Hope whether CEO'S knows or not.... Professionals should have atlist one source like email to reach Urban company CEO'S ... Because this people waste our time as well as there own time .... Don't no why management is paying salary for UC help Centre worthless.... And category management (CM) it's really not necessarily.... CEO'S just flowing money like anything on this useless managements...
