I just had my interview this Monday, sadly, I failed. I really enjoyed the interview and was satisfied with it but I don't know what happened. I read the interviewer's evaluation and I just had few mistakes. It was really frustrating, maybe rarejob isn't for me.

Nakaka demotivate narin sa RareJob, parang pinag dadamot na nila yung konting incentives. Dati madali lang ma-hit. Ngayon nagulat nalang ako days before the month ends, biglang lower percentage bigla ying video incentive. Lagi naman akong naka on ang video. Yung one month na pinaghirapan mo imeet biglang wala rin pala :( pang part time lang talaga sya. Pero kahit part time nakaka umay parin.

Hello teach. They might offer u the premium tutor position po if makikita nila na ready ka na.. pero NTE is for new tutor's evaluation. Dibale sa una lang may ganyan. Just to help you become better at teaching. Pero madami ding naoofferan ng premium tutor position after that. kaya galingan mo teach. Good luck!!

Guys this is a lie. She said that there is no minimum requirement of lessons. But actually there is a crazy minimum requirement which is to maintain 100 bookable slots during peak hours to be able to open all your slots for the next month. And The deduction is crazier! It could go up to 40% of your total salary.

I agree with the deduction. I was so frustrated I got 40% deduction. 900 ang nabawas sa sweldo ko dahil lang sa 5 absences ko. Sobrang laki na nun 😢 Hopefully Rarejob can do something about this, ang taas rating nila sa penalty nakakadismaya.
