There is a bar near me that uses these as their menu. They are quite loud even in a crowded bar when the tiles move. I can imagine in a home it will be uncomfortably loud.

Def a little jolting. Not as bad as I thought and we’ve started to get used to it. How often do the ones at the restaurant cycle? I think anything more than every 15 minutes is too much… we usually do 30 mins-hour

I'm sorry that the sound was louder than expected in that setting. Many of our customers who have Vestaboard in their homes actually describe the sound as charming and beautiful. While noticeable, it occurs only in brief moments when the display changes, which can add a dynamic and pleasant ambiance.

I could not justify this cost even from a business level. They are designed to be way up high to avoid noise being too loud so having it at eye level is a little bizarre. Also, no way I'd purchase this knowing it has a subscription attached.
