This free flight glider has high wing loading. I usually make F1N indoor glider, which is a very lightweight glider and have low wing loading, its single glide flight can be more than a minute if you are professional enough (My best is 43.1 sec)

My best flight time glider was made of balsa, XPS foam, CF fuselage so it's expensive so you should make a trainer glider that make of cheaper materials

It's even harder than outdoor flying because it's a competition class for indoor glider duration flying. No thermals, just glides purely. I think that 43 sec is Category 2 (8-15m ceiling), my best for Category 1 (

Das Modell ist recht brauchbar. Es muss aber noch nachgetrimmt werden. Bei meinem mussten ein paar Gramm Balast an die Nase. Habe auch das Seitenruder mit etwas Karton vergrößert. So läßt sich der Geradeausflug besser einstellen.

The upper one is used to make a loop, you throw with all ur strength slightly down and it will go up, then down and back to you.
